week 9 eoc: younger point of view

Being young i do beleave that we can bring a different point of view to a subject matter. i personaly have gone thru things that most havent had to do so its al about what we have seen and what we have been thru. so if someone has been thru alot or has seen alot or exposed to numerus different things it can really help when your selling to different people. do i think that older people know more then me, well i would hope so. whats life if your not learning different things everyday.but thats not saying they know all the same things i know because everyone has been thru different things and everyone handles what they go through diffently.

Analysis of Project in the Real World

" Creative advertising requires the communication of a meaningful message to an audience through an idea, expressed through the visual design and copy. Formulating an idea necessitates research, analysis, interpretation, inference, and reflective and creative thinking."(textbook page # 20) After i asked people and explanined what i was doing to sell this product,many felt that i was going in a good derection with it. i also foud that older and younger age groups took to the ad. i bealeve this is because of a few things. first with todays economy i feel that lots of people have had a chance to follow what other people said thay should do when they were younger, so they never really had the chance to go for there dreams and do what they really wanted to, i also feel it gave them hope that nothing is to late and that they could still acheve there goal still even to this day."Formulating a concept necessitates analysis, interpretation, inference, and reflective thinking."(textbook page #74)  i think that younger people also took to the ad because mabye its a deam they have now and thats were they want to be when they grow up and get older. i think it sends a very important message to people of all age groups because now more then ever we need people to follow there dreams and be inavders of what and were they want to be,if not only for them then for every one that may not have a musical or artistic trait. this world is filled with so much hate and that we need art and music to show us ether how to deal with the hate we have are to lift your your hope to let you know that every thing will be alright and it will get better and what does it for me is my music it helps me thru what ever i need to get thru and i cant have that if there isnt any one to follow there dreams of having a muical creare and no one can do that with out hard work, determination and the right things to get the job done and Beats By Dre can help you make what ever musical dreams come true."a phase in the design process, examining all information unearthed in the orientation phase to best understand, assess, strategize, and move forward with the assignment."(textbook page #258)

Consumer advertising and promotion are directed toward the general public."(textbook page #7) so if someone wants to be a music producer or a singer, anything to do with music they will need the right equitment to get there and thats were are product will come in. the product alredy does some of the work for us simply because of the name. the products name carrys a lot with it. the Beats By Dre name tells people that are headphones are top quality and light weight and amazing for music."Implementation: launch, promotion, updating, ongoing testing for usability"(textbook page #234)

week 7 eoc: final


the pitch

Ad opens with a young man at his DJ station and in front of a huge crowed and the crowed is pumped and loving it. After a while of his sick crazy beats and runs, out of no were he gets hit in the head with a backpack the back drop fades and we see that he is on the bus. And the ad will close with
Beats by dre " because your almost there."

To complete this pitch this ads is to show people that beats by dre arent just for people that are already in the music buisness but to show you that if thats were you want to be that beats by dre is were you start. every one has to start some were and we want people to know that we can help you get were you want to go but the ad also shows that getting were you want to go doesnt come easy it has to be hard fought and souly won with your determination and belife in your self as well as the eqitment to get you there."Once you've written a line or the body copy, it is highly advisable to test it by saying it aloud. vintage ads
there very impotant to not only learn from but to perserve our history. we can look back on ads and recive a general discription and feel of what used to be. the enjoyment of vintage ads is very important simply because thats were a lot of great ideas happened such as nike and apple. with out these commercals we might know what we have know you never know what apple is because apple got its big start because of these early commercals. people were so intreged with what apple did with there first commercal that every one had to know what it was that they were selling and and apple the fuel to keep going and now we have things that just seem impossible just 10 years ago.

I personally love this ad and feel that it is very affective on the American people. Tho most my not know why exactly so here are what i beileave the reasons why, because people have an great attraction to babys. who doesnt love babys there cute and people at some point want one of there own i feel thats the side of the womens arrgument and i feel that the reason men take a likeing to it is becuse if there going to have kids they would want one that is super funny and could talk at an early age. For the people who maybe dont feel the same affection of haveing a baby there selling point would be that the ad is still funny and at the same time gets its point accross. thats why i love advertising, somthing so small and simple at first has word its way into peoples hearts and make peolpe feel involved in what is happening and understand the ad and in joy it at the same time. that i feel is the mark of a great ad, it makes you think,feel and under stand what is going on.
